but what was most concerning was the fact that items were in tact. ironically, a fresh pile of shredded is now in a spot where he originally found the patient information. >> obviously if they're not shredding it, how many other times has this happened before? >> reporter: the attorney for the dispensary tells me that the policy is to shred any information with patient information on it before investing how this happened. fox 10 news. new details about a standoff between 17th avenue and garfield they were wanting for stealing a car. the suspects knew the homeowners inside and they sure rended peacefully after a couple of hours. clues into the shooting

>> his defense attorney says the new evidence may help show that his client had little to do with planning the attack at the prophet muhammad drawing contest in 2015. in their motion, the defense claims the evidence is 820 pages of twitter communications primarily by an undercover fbi agent and another man, jamal hendricks. that information may have been passed along to simpson who tried to carry out the attack with another man. both were killed by an off-duty police officer. he wants more time to look over them. he told the judge today the more i can show that my client was not involved because he wasn't
